For the pros

This is basically a manual vs pro series book question.

I'm currently reading through all the manuals that came with Studio 2, and was wondering if that is worth it, or if it would just be a better idea to get the pro training books?

Do the manuals have more information? Or is just getting the book fine?

Anyone do both?

Thanks!

In my opinion, the Apple manuals tell you all the features of the product, while spending little time telling you how to use the features. How they fill up all those thick books with so little of use, I'll never know.

Thanks for the responces, I've actually been to lynda.com already and liked it. I was also thinking about becoming apple certified (as a personal goal/something extra for the res), do the online tutorials give all the info you'd need to know?

yia, the link didn't work

I've pretty far into the first manual, and really havn't learned anything new, so it's sort of a frustrating read.
