For Mac Lovers Only ...

Re: For Mac Lovers Only ...

Last year I went to Gary Fong's digital photography seminar and he was all bragging about his Mac and that it never crashed.  He never has problems.  This guy sitting in front had his Mac and was showing us pictures as he was bragging he never had problems.  Then his computer froze, he face went white, and it crashed.  Then the seminar got hung up because Fong' computer froze while he loading up pictures in Photoshop, then it crashed.  I never laughed so hard in my life, the Window closed on a Mac.

Re: For Mac Lovers Only ...

That's funny Muir...Truth be known, every system has it's problems. One factor I never see entered into the equation is that each system, no matter how good is only as good as it's operator. That is to say that there is maintenance to be performed with any system ie defrag, virus protection updates and a host of other stuff. I am more than willing to bet that poorlly maintained systems will go down more frequently than well managed ones. All systems eventually crash, It's the nature of computing! The more the op knows about the inner workings of the machine, the longer it works between problems, Mac/PC doesn't matter.
