Footage used for tv show

I have been contacted through vimeo by a UK charity called Media Trust (mediatrust.org) in order to provide some of my London timelapse clip (http://vimeo.com/20438354) for free.
They say that they are currently running a grass-roots film project called UK360 where people across Britain send in films about their local community to be aired on The Community Channel (communitychannel.mediatrust.org). It is part of a wider drive to create and inspire an Academy of Citizen Journalists nationwide and to equip young and old people alike with the skills to report on what is important to them.

You can watch their first episode here: communitychannel.mediatrust.org/video/YGkq5od5Ac0/uk_360_episode_1

They are asking to use some of my footage to help to encompass the view of the whole of Britain for their chroma backdrop on the Christmas programme.
From what I understand we are talking about a few seconds of timelapse used as background.
They would send me a content release form and provide a full credit and, as the programme will be broadcast all over Britain, they say that it would be a considerable amount of exposure.

I have asked if there could be any financial benefit for contributing and they answered that because of the nature of the organization there would not be any financial benefit for contributing.

I have already done something similar with a Canadian tv channel that has used a few seconds of my timelapse on one documentary episode, but I didn't sign any form at that time. Just agreed over e-mail, and received a dvd copy of the episode.
Since I have no previous experience with this, is there any other issue I should consider before proceeding?
Thanks in advance guys.

what happened with this? I have been contacted by the same company and would like similar advice.
