follow focus

so i'm putting the final pieces of my rig together and need to settle on a follow focus.. I'm in between the CINEfocus and the RED ROCK Micro. Both those models seem the best bang for the buck in terms of Value. (please let me know if anyone feels otherwise). Now will both of these FF work with the SNAP gears made by indifocus? Those gears seem head and shoulders abover the other ones, but I only see them being used with the indifocus FF.

i do not like the idea of putting powerfull magnet unless your really need it.
you never know if it will interact with some part of your equipment (soon or later, installed or just left in a bag).
And the diameter is fixed, so you have to fill the missing gap with some foam filler, not very hi-tech.
and they are filthy expensive.....
for the rest, the CINEfocus offer a lot more than the REDrock micro for the same price and looks better.

the snap gears are awsome , i have a set that came with my indifocus pro. Im probably not going to use the indifocus pro as much because ill be getting a wireless follow focus to make life easier. But i will continue to use the snap gears. theres a video on youtube on how they work. I have not used the redrock or cinefocus versions.
