Follow Focus Setup

Just wondering if someone could tell me what I'd need to get to have a complete follow focus setup for my DVX. I know I'd probably have to get the Century Optics Manual Focus but don't i need to get more stuff like a gear and a crank or extension wands. Any info would be great.

I have the Chrosziel DV Follow Focus unit, the chrosziel rods, and the century focus ring. It's a solid little setup.
