Follow focus for LEX

I've been sat at my computer for a few hours now trying to decide on a follow focus set up to buy. I've just blown the bulk of my cash on an EX3, and so I'm trying to keep my costs down. I have the old Letus rails system and was wondering wether i can get away with getting the RR follow focus, as it is significantly cheaper than the (lovely) zacuto one. Will it work with a Letus set-up on those rails?

I´m in a similar situation and would like to broaden Jhundiboy`s question to: is there a "king" among the lower cost folow focuses, yet?

All the current shipping rods from the major adapter guys as well as indifocus are all 15mm, so any accessory any of them make will work on anyone else's rods. All are standard, use what you like. Some people like rr's some people like the sgpro's, some people like indifocus, it's all good. I do think the first two are better though.
