Follow Focus and Rails

What is the over all feeling, from you all who use this stuff everyday, of the Follow Focus and Rails from Cavision?

I have not owned one of their follow focus rigs, but I have owned two of their rails systems and a sun shade (years ago). They are affordable certainly, and they will get the job done. The trade-off is weight and manufacturing tolerances. The rail systems are heavier than ones from Petroff, Chrosziel and others. They are more crudely designed and the manufacturing process is not as elegant. The 3x3 sunshade that I had years back, vignetted.

As Cavision's products have indeed improved over the years, I trust this kind of thing has been eliminated. For the budget minded purchase they are a great option, but they are more likely to have little idiosyncracies than other manufacturer's products in my experience. I'd be more willing to buy a matte box or even rails from them, but more hesitant to do so with something like a follow focus that requires more design and manufacturing precision. That being said, I've heard good feedback about their FF unit.
