Anyone have any ideas to foley a head-butt. The sound of someone's face getting CRUSHED!
Foley suggestions...

Just googled it. People say that Frozen romaine lettuce does a good job.

but seriously. I would go with some fist hits to some lettuce, a raw steak, maybe break some carrots and celery. Maybe some wood impacts in there for good measure. Record anything you can think of, even if you think you might not use it. Any opportunity to record is good. Plus, if you don't use some stuff now, you may use it later.

Head butts don't sound like much of anything in real life, so you can make it sound like anything you want!
If it's a head butt to the other person's forehead or temple, I wouldn't do it up too big (maybe use the steak hitting a table thing or two 2x4's wrapped in leather clapped together), but if it's to the nose then I think that the lettuce and celery thing would be pretty good.

I don't know if you've used this or not, but check out www.findsounds.com as well. I usually spend a few minutes looking there first, to see if there's already something out there I can use.
