For some reason FX on both tracks and events are not working.
For example, with colour curves the usual screen doesn't appear only a screen with hash marks.
Clicking the split screen view does nothing to over ride this.
Bypass motion blur has a red strike through it to the right of all the tracks.
If any one has a solution I would be most grateful.
 
You just have to put your cursor on the double line above the timeline in the FX window until you get that double vertical arrow and drag downward (if that makes sense).
