FLV with Transparency

So I need to export a transparent FLV file out of Premiere. I've done it before but I can't figure out why it's not working this time around.

I have my keyed out video in Premiere with no layers under it. I export with adobe media encoder and under my flv settings, I choose encode alpha transparency. When I bring the video into flash the video isn't transparent anymore (it takes on the black background)

I am editing on Premiere Pro CS2

OK, solved. I had to import the project into a new project where I initially selected an uncompressed timeline with millions + colors selected. It's not good enough to change you project video rendering settings to millions + colors before you export, it has to be done at the creation of the project.
