.FLV Question

I am making a video for my base commanders going away video. For a part of it I need footage of an F15 flying around and maybe firing a few missiles. I found a few clips on youtube that I like. This is a not for profit and just for fun video. I have been able to DL the .flv files, but I haven't found a solid .flv to .avi converter. I am running PremPro 2. Any suggestions?

I use Super for pretty much all video conversion and it handles flv.

And it's free! As it turns out a buddy was able to get me some video of the footage I need and I won't be using the .flv files. But thank you for the info as this might be useful in the future!
