.flv compressor plugin- any suggestions??

[filmismymedium]

I need a plugin for compressor that will allow me to convert to flash video. Anybody have any suggestions? I've heard On2 might be what I need. Thanks in advance

Many of the compression apps (Sorenson, Cleaner, Episode) are capable of encoding to flash video. What are you currently using to encode your files?
