Flourescent Light messing up shot

does anyone have any advice how to correct for a flourescent light flickering in a shot?

any plug-ins/filters I could use?

try experimenting with shutter speed?

yeah, this is one of those 'fix it in post' times....

I know how to fix it while shooting, just adjust the shutter......but I couldn't tell the effect of the flourescent light while we were shooting, because we had other lights going as well, but in the final footage I can see it now.
