Floating an Object with Psunami?

I'm doing a title for a client and she wants to have the name of her company floating in a lake. I'm using After Effects CS4 and have picked up Psunami. They say that you can float an object and make it go with the waves. Thus far though, I can't figure out how to do that. The only tutorial I found was for a beach ball and it was pretty cheesy. Anyone have any ideas on where to go to learn this?
