At this time I like you have not found a source for T8 tubes in 3200k or 5600k but the Plillips Soft White is 3000k and their Natural Sunshine is 5000K. I have read that the T8 bulbs with electronic ballast are more energy efficient and brighter than equivelent T12's but I have not run tests.
I don't know about 3200k or 5600k specifically, but there is a local place I go to that has T8 98 CRI 5000k bulbs (47") and a 5765k 91.1 CRI bulb that is close to the 5600k you're looking for ( but unfortunately its only 17.25 inches in length). Still for like $8 a bulb (any quantity) the T8/98CRI/5k bulb is prolly as good as it gets for non Kinos. In exception of those for the 1000bulbs.com link...which is great for bulk! I was thinking about just buying 8 bulbs, but for little more than twice the price I'd come out with 3 times as many bulbs. Don't know what I'd do with 17 extra bulbs, but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt.
Anyone have experience with the 1000bulbs.com folks?
