Flipping in Post

I'm dying to buy an adapter but am concerned about the flipped image.

How would I go about flipping the footage in post using iMovie or Final Cut Express? Does anyone have some easy to follow instructions? (Especially for iMoive)

you should be able to flop the image. thats seems simple enough. Rotate it 180 degrees. thats all.

I'm sorry but that's not helpful. If I KNEW how, I wouldn't have made the post, don't you think

I'm unable to figure out how to do the rotate in iMoive. Searched Google to no avail.

Can anyone who had done it offer some guidance?

Use the flop filter in Final Cut. Takes two seconds and doesn't require any rendering.

thats what i meant. theres a filter called flop. but im not a fcp user i couldnt tell you how t do it.
