Flipped 35mm adapter-footage

Hi guys, i just filmed something with the SgPro 35mm Adapter and HPX 171. Now all the footage i have is flipped.
What do you usually do with flipped adapter footage before you begin to cut? Do you just leave it as it is or do you render each clip out seperately after applying a flip filter and then import them again for cutting? Problem is i have a lot of clips, so is there a way to do that automatic?

What I do is drag all the footage into a timeline, select it all and apply the flop filter, then drag all the clips from the timeline back into a new bin. That way you automatically have the flop filter on your clips even when you're just sorting through stuff in your bin and it's not in the timeline yet.

I'm just at this stage. My first idea is to flip my external studio monitor upside down for Log and transfer.
Get my rough cut outline on the timeline, then do the flipping (and upright my monitor back to normal), so I'm not taxing my memory while making edit decisions.

Is there any reason not to do this that you can think of?
