I just authored a dvd from HDV24p material. I exported it as mpeg 2 and burned it as NTSC 30, checked the progressive box and the deinterlace option. It plays fine, but in certain situations when I pan across something bright, such as white lettering, the lettering or bright objects flicker, kind of like move quickly from side to side. I am re rendering the project with the anti flicker option to 1 under "motion" in effects and selected the anti flicker, when right clicking on the clip itself under the "field options". I don't know if this will help, but I also lowered the brights with some color correction. Got about 4 hours left for it to render, then I'll re-burn it. If this doesn't work though, do you have any suggestions? I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 and my footage is from an HV20. Thanks.
