I am working on a project in cs4 and have run into a bit of a snag. When I export my final project into an mpeg, or any format for that matter, there are flickers/twitches that happen at the beginning of some clips. I have tried numerous different formats, field options, and have replaced the source files in the project. I still seem to get the same result. The flickers/twitches have happened at the same spots until recently when they seem to be more random. These issues only appear on the export and do not happen while I am working in premiere. I have included some screen shots of my source footage settings, sequence settings, export settings and system info.
