Flawless skin retouching for video?

I was wondering what the equivalent to film/video work would be.

The first video you posted is, for the most part, about smoothing out skin color blemishes. As the video is in black and white, I assume you mean texture flaws (if you can call it that), or inconsistencies? Would a simple, very slight motion tracking softening filter do the trick? I couldn't name one or tell how to do it, but rather I am trying to grasp what your goal is.

Blemish removal and skin smoothing are usually done in a compositing application like After Effects. Here's one tutorial, but googling will yield dozens more.

There are also plug-ins -Beauty Box, for instance- that achieves the same effect with less effort.
