Flat Fluorescent lighting in small studio/ small room.

I have a small setting I use for a studio with a green screen (paper).
It's a very tight room. 15x10 low ceiling.
I have even fluorescent lights across back ground and a 4 tube rack I use for key.
While I have sufficient light, I have very FLAT light. Total of 8-40w-5000K tubes dumping about 1000 lums across the set.

Camera is white balanced and zebras checked.

Camera is a a new NX5U which I admit I'm still learning how to use.

What can I do to crispen the light?
Also to add just a hint of color? Filters across two of the tubes?

Here is a sample.

Have I gone too blue????

It's flat because it's coming from everywhere, or straight from the front. Get it coming in from an angle. Set the key at an angle to the camera line (how much of an angle is up to you and your purposes here), and if you have to, flag off the other side to absorb bounce.

Not much room to move things around. But i do understand.
Lights are about 6ft in front and at a 45deg angle in height.
I'm flagging off everything I can.

Get the light even with or only slightly above and move to the side -- you'll see a dramatic (no pun intended) difference. Shining down and from the front is never going to be anything but flat. If you want depth, you need shadow, and you're not going to get any that way . . .
