Flash: Restore settings/Clear History

I haven't dabbled in Flash for anything more than playing around. Now that I'm studying abroad for several months, I'm finding that I have more free time than I expected, so I'd like to learn flash.

That said, I can't remember if I've changed any default settings. Is there a global "restore defaults" setting? That and I want to purge the history of test, test1, test2, and other predictable titles. I can't find a Clear Recent Items option.

I don't have the original .dmg or the CD Key with me, so reinstalling isn't an option.

Thanks.

Cool. I cleared the recent items somehow in my tinkering.

I still don't think I've found a Global Reset option.
