Flash 8 video compression

I am trying this and it is incredibly clear and light.

A 70 Mb QT file (720X300X24P) becomes something like 10 Mb!

I cannot believe my eyes!

Cool!! What program are you using to convert?

i see its a swf.... i always use flv and encode to Flash 8 medium quality through premiere... works pretty good... low file size and good quality, but that was SUPER clear. So yes what did you use to convert / compress?

Sorry to be late.

I generate a FLV from a HIGH QUALITY .MOV file.

Then I Import it wit FLASH 8 and generate a MEDIUM QUALITY SWF file for a fictional streaming.

I think the point is the original HIGH quality rumorless QuickTime file that helps Flash to be clear!

Yes, the Flash Video Encoder, particularly with On2 VP6, is amazing. I've never been able to make a quicktime look as good without a filesize 10x as large.
