I recently purchased Sorenson Squeeze 4.2 with the on2VP6 codec. Here is a clip compressed for Flash 8:

Edited with Sony Vegas - output to AVI for video & WMA for audio.
Sorenson Squeeze Settings:
500x281
2.92 MB
360kbps video - On2VP6
32kbps audio - Mp3
*There are other settings that can be tweaked, but i left most of them at default since I don;t know exactly what i am doing yet... more clips to come...
Once thing to note is that it takes sooooo long to render the On2VP6 clips. About 7 times longer than Sorenson Spark codec.
