Fixture recommendations

I'm not exactly new to lighting, but I'm very new to lighting for video. I've been asked to make a proposal for building a small studio for interviews at one of my jobs. We're looking more for installed lights (hanging on pipes) than stands hanging out everywhere, but whatever gets the light where it needs to be is what'll work. I think I've got a good idea for the techniques I'll need, but I'm extremely fuzzy on the tools I'll need to get there.

The current plan is to go with two three point setups for the two interview areas I'm looking to create, one at a desk, one with just a chair. I've got two walls I do plan on adding some texture to using gelled, gobo'd ETC Source 4 fixtures with 375w lamps.

With that said, any recommendations on fixtures for my key, fill, and back lights?

I'm liking the looks of the Rifa-Lite EX44 for my fill light, but not sold on 16x16" giving me soft enough light (4-6 foot throw I'm speculating) or enough light since it only supports a 250w lamp. I'd like to use a medium fstop (f/4ish). Would I be better to go with a 48" umbrella and a higher powered fixture? Is a Kinoflow what I probably want instead?

I'm not too worried about power, I'll have receptacles and circuits installed as needed, perhaps dimmers too. I'm also more concerned with getting the right gear than I am with saving a few bucks.

Thanks a lot for your time!
