Fixing Pixelated Reds

I shot a scene in front of a bright red wall with my HVX.

I've capture my footage and while everything in the foreground looks great, the red wall is all blocky and pixelated.

Is there a filter I can apply to help fix this or at least tone it down?

3-Way Color Corrector, tone the reds down. Or use a broadcast safe filter to tone the red down. Red is a huge enemy to video.

Nattress Chroma Smoother plugin. Can work wonders if starting with DV footage, but 4:2:2 DVCPRO HD still benefits.
