I apologize if this isn't the most appropriate location for this question.
I have a 501 head that doesn't smoothly move up/down after it's been still for a minute or so.
A) Is there something I should do other than just giving it some oil? If so, what?
B) Do I need to just squirt it in the joints or should I semi take the thing apart?
C) What oil/lubricant should I use, and if its not something I can get at Lowes or Home Depot, please suggest where it can be found.
