Hi,
I fixed the white balance.
Then i crop the face of the person to adjust skin tones and when i change the hue color wheel it changes the whole color tint of the image. It doesnt work, i don't know why.

Thanks in advance,

Look into using Secondary Correction (which works on a color range (skin tones) and/or masking just the face/skin.

If I understand correctly the thread poster was using the crop tool in his NLE of choice to isolate the face, thinking that applying color correction to the cropped video would only correct the visible/face area. That’s not how it works. Like they said above, you will need to use a color correction filter/plugin (I mean one built into your editing software, not third party) with a masking option. You will turn on the masking function, make sure you have the “matte” display turned on, then tweak all the little dials/sliders until the face/skin tones are pure white or as white as you can get them without affectinf anything else (anything not affected should be pure black in matte view). Sometimes it’s not possible to get skin tones perfectly isolated because of similar colors in the shot (clothes, background etc.). Once you have the skin as isolated as you can get it, THEN all the changes you make to that color correction filter will only affect skin.
