Fix Stuck Pixels!!!

If that brand new DELL 24" lcd has a few stuck pixels, try this program out.
(Stuck pixels light up one solid color, Dead ones are black and cannot be fixed)

You can also massage it, thats fixed every stuck pixel i have had.
