Just thought I'd share a humorous anecdote.
I'm in fifth period today, paired up with a guy for a project. we start talking and soon get far off topid and start chatting about cameras.
now this guy's worked at best buy and national camera exchange. so all he knows it canon and sony. Pretty soon he starts touting the XL2.
unbeknownst to him, I have a DVX-100b sitting in my car.
so we get into it.
After a while of one-upping eachother, I got pretty sick of it, and told him where he could shove his native 16:9 CCD's. Fighting broke out. We sat outside the principal's office for about an hour. When inside, we had to explain what the fight about. The principal had no idea what an interchangable lens system was, or what 24pa was, so he assumed it was gang related. I spent the rest of the day at home tooling around with my master ped and watching "family feud."
the moral: save the debate for after school, regardless of how much ass the DVX rules.
