fisheye suggestions, dvx

Well, I film skateboarding and I want to buy a fisheye for my DVX. I'm pretty stumped between the Century Mk2 and the 16x9 fisheye, both have pros and cons.

Mk2 pros: pretty wide, great glass, legitimate company
Mk2 cons: i own the 100p so if the VAC unit takes a hard enough hit, I'm screwed

16x9 pros: cheaper, good glass, can stay farther away from skater/subject, screw on, no vignetting.
16x9 cons: not nearly as wide.

I really just can't decide, can anyone touch base on this subject and help me?

I use the MKII and guess you can say I swear by it. If your gonna put out to video and what not last time I checked the vig doesn't show on a tv.

but like I said, you have to get really close with the Mk2, and I have the dvx100p, so if I take a camera hit hard enough that the VAP gets ****ed, I'm done, i think im gonna buy the 16x9 with a spacer.
