Hi Everyone!
I am more of a documentary person but just finished my first screenplay!!! I've been thinking about writing one for a while and finally got around to it in the past month. Please read it and let me know what you think...I really enjoyed the process and would like to write more (while working on a few documentary projects), and I would love to hear any advice about my writing style, dialogue, character development, etc.
That said, I already know it's kind of an awkward length (34 pages), but there is a lot of description and I think it could be produced in under 25 minutes. I intended it as more of a short. Also, I wrote it under the assumption that I would direct it, so there is a lot of extra info that I wouldn't include in a screenplay I intended to sell...descriptive notes, etc. However, if anyone loves it, I would consider selling it to the right person...have already registered it with the WGA.
