I've been lurking in this forum for a while now, and it's already been a great resource for me.
As the name implies, I am a sound guy who specializes in recording/capturing music on-location. Lately, the nature of the business is pushing me kicking and screaming towards video as well.
So here I am - shopping for my first "real" camera, trying to do my homework as best I can. I certainly hope to get lots of good advice on kit and technique. Hopefully I can give back a little too.
