First interview piece

Just wrapped up my first interview/promo piece. I think the Sigma 30mm really looks nice for the interview. Critique is welcome, as I'm always learning :)
Shot it over a few days with a Canon C100, using Canon 24-105, Canon 70-200 and a Sigma 30mm.
Effects were done in After Effects.
Non profit piece for a local church. Trying to offset some of my more nefarious videos :)

looks very well shot. Suggestion is to rotate the interviews so they arent all on the right side, if there is no text in the background you can even flip an interview in post. I would also get to the interviews quicker, it was 1:20 in before someone even started talking. You could also zoom in and out at different parts of the interview but thats just up to you.

Love the effects at the beginning. Did you create them all or use a template of some sort?

im thinking about getting a new lav, what were you using to record audio?

Thanks! I'll take your suggestions for next time, always good to hear ideas. I would have gotten to the interviews quicker as well, but the client wanted all the intro like that with shots of Rochester and the band etc. They are using it to promote their church and had the idea from a sister church's video.
The effects are templates, yes, thanks videohive :)
Azden 310 UDR is the micorphone.
