The rules will be quite simple. There will categories for comedy,drama,documentary and animation and each of those areas will have it's own prize. There will then be one overall prize.
A committee of 9 judges will select the winners and the winning and runner-up film will be shown over the weekend. It is hoped that we will have workshops and guest speakers during the event too.
