I love fireworks (their color, loud noise and great displays) and the only way of preserving them is by taking photos.
This is my first attempt of firework photography.
It is a tough job taking a good photo of fireworks provided that i couldn't use a long exposure time because i was holding the camerara with my hand, so i used a 1600iso and and a f4 and it was taken with a nikon d40 with the stock lenses(18-55mm).
Anyway, the aim of this thread is to request info about fireworks photography, let's say, kind of lenses that you would use, aperture time, iso setting, saturation level, and more.
And I also want to invite you to show your best firework display photos so that any begginer has visual info of good firework displays.
