I was wondering if anyone can clarify if the following would work:
I have access to a Panasonic AJ-1400 DVCPRO-HD Deck which has HD-SDi in (which is good as I'm feeding this port from a Panasonic Vision Mixer). I then want to hang off the Firewire connector on the back of the Deck a Firestore FS-100 for recording the HD-SDi Vision Mix feed going into said deck.
Can this be done? Has anuone tried this combo?
