FIrestore: can soft/firmware add native??

Hi All--I'm happy to now be an official HVX owner. I've held off on P2's because I usually shoot alone, and I just can't see the loop/dump method working for me. I'm about to swallow hard and put another 2K on the biz credit card for the Firestore 100, but I had a question. I understand the firestore does not recognize the "native" formats. Does anyone know if this is something that could be updated on the current hardware or will we have to wait for the next generation?

It's gonna be really sweet, trust me! This little puppy is growing up into a serious peice of equipment.

Not to mention the fantastic customer service I've had with them!
