Finishing up a batch of soccer videos

I am working on wrapping up about 7 high school soccer videos that are to be used for submitting to colleges, in support of pursuing a soccer scholarship. This is a bit new to me, as my bread and butter is in concert work and other corporate work. Everything looks real good so far, the video looks great, all is well there, but....I need a way of pointing out clearly where my client player is in each clip. Sometimes they can be hard to spot. Is there a way to insert a simple arrow pointing to the desired player? I am using Premier Pro CS5.5. Each video contains about 20 clips. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What about downloading Davinci Resolve lite (it's free) and motion tracking a vignette type mask over the player? Might work out well for you.

Not familiar with how that would work, but I will try downloading Davinci tonight and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip.

Simple solution is to draw an arrow in the titler and animate position on the timeline
You can also make a highlighted traveling matte
Put your clip on track 1
Duplicate and put that on track 2
Make a pure white shape in the titler and put that on track 3
Drop opacity of clip in track 1 to 50%
Add Track Matte effect to clip in track 2 and set effect to track 3
Now animate position of the shape in track 3 over the object or person.
Easiest way is to set the first and last keyframe first.
If more keyframes are needed position the cti in the middle between 2 keyframes and drag the matte in the Program Monitor by highlighting the word Motion in the Effect Controls.
This will give a bounding box in the PM.
