Finding Cheap Stock ootage from Iran

[riggieri]

Hey guys

I am trying to find good stock footage from sources in Iran for a documentary i am working on. Thought Equity has great footage from sony, but the cost is way out of our reach. Anyone know of any filmmaker contacts in Iran, or any sources for good stock footage that is royalty free?

Thanks
Matt

Hey Matt,

I don't know about Iran, but istockphoto (http://istockphoto.com/index.php) has a lot of pretty good stock footage for really affordable prices. You have to join the site and then buy credits, but you can get some pretty decent clips if you search enough.

hope it helps
