Financing A Red One?

I didn't know where to post this so forgive me if its misplaced :(

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to finance a Red One Camera package? Does Zacuto do there rent to own program with the red?

Oh man I just checked on Red One prices and it's "only" $17,500 for the body. For some reason I thought it was more.

I want one.
 
i don't know the answer about financing, but i thought i'd reply anyways. :2vrolijk_08:

have you thought about renting? if you head over to reduser.net they have a rental section for people who own a red one and are looking to rent out their equipment. maybe you can work out something with one of the guys over there.

the reason i bring up renting is because i think that it might be a better option than financing right now. red should have the scarlet coming out later this year (fingers crossed) and that will save you a good bit of money over getting a red one. until then you can save up money towards purchasing one outright instead of having to finance something and pay interest.
