Final Draft Demo mode?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows if the demo mode for Final Draft has a limited time use on it. I loaded the demo of the application onto my computer and as far as I can tell, I have total use of the application except for two things;

1) I am limited to only 15 pages
2) when I print anything it has a watermark on the printed page

I used it to print up a short skit that I had been working on. I like using the application
but for right now I don't have the extra cash to buy it. I don't mind the limited use that the demo mode has, but I was wondering if there is also a limited time to use the demo mode before it shuts down.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanx for the reply, I was gonna try celtx,
but final draft is really kind of cool,
I wish I had the extra bucks to buy it.

I guess I'll find out how long the demo mode lasts in about
28 more days. If it shuts down, Celtx is gonna be the way I'll have to go.
It fits into my empty budget pretty well.

I'm pretty sure the demo doesn't expire. Wouldn't Final Draft count down the days every time you open it? As a warning/incentive to buy it.

also, you can avoid the watermark if you have access to a licensed copy to print on. do all your writing in the demo, open in the licensed version, and print. that also bypasses the 15 page limit.

i wrote my first feature that way. i made seven 15 page scripts and then copy/pasted them together at school. it's kind of a pain, but that'd hold you over until you can buy your own. hope that helps.

thanks for the tip on celtx. I'll try that too.
I used to love Final draft in my PC days, but also cannot afford it not I've moved to mac.
