Final Cut Pro question

Hi I posted this in the FCP section. Thought I'd post it here as well. Any help is appreciated.

I'm working an introduction to a television show. I'm a Premiere/PC user and the studio I volunteer at has Macs and FCP. They use FCP as the media player when putting graphics up on the screen such as opening credits, music, ect. I'd like to work on this stuff at home. How would I create something in Premiere that is readable in FCP? What would a simple file format be that could be exported from Premiere and able to be put on a timeline in FCP. (This is public access so their process is pretty limited and ridgid.)

You could always give them a DVD. They could capture it from DVD player using a DV converter box although they might have a Decklink card. I would like to think FCP can accept the Panasonic P2 codec but I don't know for sure.
