i hear i can color correct my film using this program and save myself the money i would have to pay someone else to do it for me? I also hear its a comparable quality? is this true? does anyone know how to work the program or have a fun link where i can read about how to get started?

But know, that color correcting is an art form...it is a skill. There is a whole profession around color correction, so don't assume that just because you have the tool, that you'll know how to paint your picture.

BUT, this will get you started.
