I am wondering how to send my Final Cut Pro 7 Sequence to Adobe After Effects CS5? Any help would be awesome.

Save the FCP timeline XML. Open the XML in Premiere Pro. Save. Import PP Project into AE.

Yeah, that's the way to do it. Or shell out some money for Automatic Duck.
What are you doing that you need your whole sequence for? More often than not it's easier to just export a clip from FCP, do your AE work on it, then import back to FCP.
