Final Cut Pro 7 Plugins

How do I install plug-ins on Final Cut Pro 7? Everywhere I searched it said to follow the path "library>application support>final cut pro system support>plugins". But the last 2 folder don't exist in my HD. Any ideas? Is it an installation problem or does FCP 7 only support a determined type of plug-in?

Look under your main admin library folder, not any of the ones you find under "users."
