Final Cut looses my Keyboard Layout

Hi, i wonder if anybody else is having this problem: I have customized my keyboardlayout and stored it in the Keyboard layouts folder. But everytime i restart FC6 the keyboardlayout is all messed up and i have to reimport it again.

Is there a way around this?
