I am trying to blend two images. I have a shot where my character is looking at the mirror and another 2nd image fades into the mirror. I want his reflection as well as what he is 'seeing' in the mirror at the same time, together. I can just simply layer the tracks and lower the opacity of the track above, but I'd like to be more precise. Is there a tool that will essentially let me fade out the rest of the frame around my guy in one and keep the rest of the frame in the other?
Final cut Lasso/crop tool or something? Need to isolate part of a frame.
