Final cut hd 24p not supported

I posted a thread and I'm now able to log and capture but the only thing for video settings ins hdv 1050 and 1060 it doesn't have a 24p setting someone gave me a download but I couldn't download the software is there any othe soloution to recognize the 24p for playback.

FCP-HD? 24p? You really need to upgrade to FCP 5.1, for sure. Because FCP-HD, which is actually FCP 4.x, does not support HDV at all, only DVCPRO-HD. For HDV you HAVE to upgrade to FCP 5, and 5.1.1 is the smartest verstion to go directly to.
