Final Cut and iDVD

I have iDVD 4 and 5 and DVD Studio Pro, but i need to make a dvd super quick (if it works) and dont know how to use dvd studio.

My question is, if I export my FCP project as quicktime and put it in iDVD 5, will i sacrifice quality compared to the high quality mpeg 2 compression?

if so, is there a way to get the compressed mpeg 2 footage into iDVD?

Yep i figured that out, burned a few copys for everyone, but ive watched it a few times now and its worse than the standered compressed version!

I've sat and compared both and i dont know whats up! DAMNIT!

i'll have to run around snatching everyones copy and try again... again!
